I have a proven track record of managing remote teams across multiple geographies, including the United States, Germany, Austria, Brazil, Portugal and India. My ability to adapt to various cultures and markets has allowed me to deliver consistently strong results while navigating complex business landscapes. Currently, I serve as Co-Founder and part-time Senior Finance Director for 5axis Venture Studios, a newly stablished business, where I’m leading the Business plan preparation and fundraising strategy. My previous role was Director of Strategy and Transactions at EY Germany, where I led financial due diligence engagements for corporate and private equity clients. Prior to that, my experience includes leading the PwC Campinas-SP (Brazil) Advisory Deals department for 10 years, where I successfully managed teams and served as a key point of contact for clients seeking M&A transactions, providing strategic advisory from deal initiation to closing, and 2 years doing financial due diligence on tech deals in the Silicon Valley. I have worked on M&A transactions involving megadeals exceeding $22 billion, as well as early and late-stage funding rounds for startups. I have also worked for 5 years with audit of financial statements mainly for Brazilian subsidiaries reporting to the headquarters in the US, Europe and Asia and 2 years as Jr. Accountant. In addition to my technical expertise, I am passionate about mentorship and have been actively involved in guiding early-stage startups founders based in Brazil. This experience has allowed me to stay connected with the fast-evolving startup ecosystem while leveraging my skills to drive growth and innovation. Furthermore, my extensive training in IFRS, USGAAP, and AI tools, has equipped me to stay at the forefront of industry standards and emerging technologies.
