Funds managed by Stage Capital have received capital from Goldman Sachs Asset Management and Glendower Capital (CVC Capital Partners Group). Extensive board experience having sat on the boards of over 20 different companies, acting as representative of private equity funds holding mainly controlling positions, with a large network of contacts to support portfolio companies’ needs. As a manager of Private Equity Funds, Laurent has been a member of 4 different Investment and Valuation committees over 20 years. Financial and technical experience allowing strategic guidance, risk assessment, operational improvement, and value creation planning with a combination of disciplined financial approach with commercial / operational insight.
