Critical player for "road show" creating Friends and Family investment followed by VC and large banking investments when taking company public. Quarterly reviews with all investors and public calls. Focused on sales and retentiion of enterprise level sales, which comprised almost half of all company revenues by 2006.
Began as Charlotte Director of Sales for Metromedia. Took unit from worst performer in country to first in under one year. Took firm into strategic sales arena, leading to record growth, and sale to then LDDS Inc, a private firm. Led all Strategic Sales for LDDS. Instrumental in taking company public, when it became WorldCom. Left for the opportunity to join new start up US LEC.

Joined as product development specialist, created several new products/vertical solutions, CEO had me travel to intoduce products and as a result moved me to sales, where I was Director of East Coast. Company had been in business for 15 years with $8MM and CEO had goal of dramatically growing to $50 MM in four years. Created strong agent sales channel as well as move to enterprise level sales and delivered $50MM ARR goal in the desired 4 year span.

Grew company from start up to $32MM, declined offer to move to Phoenix AZ when combined with sister company.
