Served as the operational escalation point across HR, People and Culture, Administration, Client management, and Delivery - owning end-to-end accountability for teams of up to 50 people in total including hiring, performance management, and termination decisions. Built the client operations function from scratch across 3 regions (EU, MENA, Ukraine), defining roles, workflows, and processes to support scalable service delivery. Created ISO-compliant workflows, leading to certification, streamlined operations, and faster issue resolution. Led client contracting end-to-end - negotiating terms, setting pricing, preparing commercial offers, and approving invoices across a portfolio of international EU accounts. Held full budget responsibility, overseeing resource allocation and cost planning to ensure delivery within financial targets. Supported pre-sales processes, providing delivery feasibility assessments and resource planning that strengthened proposal credibility and supported deal closure. Sourced, negotiated, and onboarded external vendors and service providers, building the partner management function from scratch including contracts, processes, and governance frameworks.
