I help companies turn commercial strategy into operational results, focused on go-to-market, customer success, contract and commercial finance, and practical AI adoption. Across eight years at Fitch Ratings I progressed to Associate Director in Commercial Operations between London and Dubai, owning complex client and data-product relationships. I then led SaaS customer onboarding at PinMeTo, and I now run Sumeris, building an EU-sovereign, GDPR-by-design AI platform for local businesses. That mix means I am as comfortable inside a commercial plan as I am shipping product. Typical assignments: standing up or fixing customer success and onboarding, commercial and pricing strategy, GTM for SaaS and AI products, and helping teams adopt AI without the hype.
