I am a dynamic and accomplished ICT Director with over two decades of experience driving digital transformation, data governance, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance across enterprise and public sector organisations. With a proven track record of aligning technology strategies to business objectives, I have led high impact initiatives that have reshaped IT departments into proactive, innovation driven enablers of growth. Most recently as ICT Director at a large Professional Services organisation I spearheaded the organisation’s digital evolution, implementing cloud services, CRM systems and pandemic resilient infrastructure. My leadership has transformed IT operations, refocused multimillion-euro budgets, and embedded cybersecurity and data protection at the heart of organisational strategy. My career spans senior roles at Microsoft Ireland, The Medical Council, and Avaya as well as founding and successfully exiting my own IT consultancy firm. I am also a qualified Arbitrator and Mediator, with extensive experience resolving commercial and interpersonal disputes.
