With a diverse background spanning administration, legal support, and business management, I have honed my ability to streamline operations, manage teams, and enhance workplace efficiency. Throughout my career, I have held roles such as Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, Legal Secretary, Paralegal, Product Content Administrator, and Business Manager, each contributing to my strong organizational and leadership skills. One of my most rewarding experiences was serving as a Paralegal and Office Manager for a law firm, where I supported 2-5 attorneys and managed 5-15 staff members. In this role, I was responsible for preparing correspondence and legal documents, overseeing HR functions (including onboarding and new hire paperwork), coordinating meetings, depositions, and mediations, and managing multiple office teams. Additionally, I handled travel arrangements, calendar coordination, expense reporting, and legal document filings using the Court’s CM/ECF platform. I take pride in my ability to ensure seamless office operations, foster productive team environments, and contribute to organizational success. My attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to multitask make me well-suited for an Administrative Manager role, where I can leverage my experience to drive efficiency and support business objectives.
