How do I know whether the professional really possesses the credential, expertise and experience listed?
All professionals listed on Humiint go through a strict vetting process and consent to a background check before their profiles are approved.
How much does it cost?
There are no charges from Humiint. We leave it to the discretion of our professionals to set a price that matches their skillset and level of experience. You will see transparent rates upfront before booking - so you always know what you are paying.
Do you offer free consultation?
If you are unsure if the professional is the right match for you, reach out via our chat function to find out more. Some professionals will even offer a quick 15min call to better understand your needs before proceeding with the engagement.
Can I consult with professionals internationally?
Yes! Humiint connects you with the professionals from all around the world so you have access to the best, no matter where you are.
How does payment work?
Once you book a service or package, payment is required through our secure platform (powered by Stripe). Once the service or package is completed to your satisfaction, only then will the proceeds of the transaction be paid to the professional.
What types of services can I list on Humiint?
Corporate services that are typically engaged by businesses can be listed on Humiint. If you are unable to find the right category for your service, select “others” and we either slot you into the right category or create one just for you!
Is there a cost to join?
Signing up and creating a listing is completely free! We only take a cut of every transaction once it has been successfully completed - this means that we only earn when you do!
How do I set my pricing?
You are at liberty to set your own rates based on your experience, expertise and service that you provide. For a good benchmark, look at similar profiles and offerings by other professionals to determine how to set your price. We also encourage transparent, competitive pricing that reflects your true value.
How do clients find me?
Once your profile is listed on Humiint, matching clients searching for the services you offer will be able to find you. It is up to the client to decide if they want to connect with you before engaging your services or proceeding with the engagement immediately.
How does payment work?
Clients pay securely through our platform when they book your service. Once the transaction is completed and both you and your client are satisfied, the proceeds of the transaction will be released to you. We work with Stripe, a third-party payments provider to ensure that all transactions are handled confidentially and securely.
Can I work internationally?
Yes! Humiint is a global platform which means that you can work with clients from anywhere. As long as your expertise is relevant to their needs, distance is no barrier.
