I have been privileged to serve in a variety of offices, including independent director, chairman of the board, president, chairman of the audit committee, chairman of the legal and governance, committees, and others. I'm an honorably retired United States Navy officer during my 20 year career, I served as the executive officer and then commanding officer of enable reserve unit. I'm an honorable, retired law-enforcement officer with significant experience as a detective and personnel manager for the fourth largest police agency in California. Currently, I am the president of a nonprofit foundation operating in California, which provides college scholarships for deserving high school students. I own an operate, two small companies and frequently retained by corporations and legal council for advice on protection of intellectual property, people and assets worldwide.
