Eric is President and CEO of USPayroll​,​ Inc.​,​ a U.S.-based PEO for international businesses of all sizes. Prior to forming USPayroll​,​ Inc.​,​ Eric led human capital for several high growth companies in the health care technology and renewable energy spaces​,​ scaling for 2-and 3-times growth with a focus on developing people to their greatest potential. Eric specializes in attracting and retaining top talent​,​ building scalable and sustainable organizational infrastructure​,​ and aligning business strategy with its most important asset​,​ its people. Eric earned his MS degree with High Honors in Human Resources Management at Golden Gate University​,​ his BA degree Cum Laude from San Jose State University​,​ and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources.
