A visionary leader, I have over 15 years of mission-focused leadership experience across a variety of roles nationwide. Throughout my career, I have gained experience developing and aligning strategies and operations with organizational vision and goals in philanthropic, not-for-profit, corporate social responsibility, and people and culture roles. Passionate about making a strong community impact, I have worked with organizations throughout my career to continuously improve programs and operations to support employees, customers, and communities. Additionally, I have over five years of experience as a non-profit leadership and management consultant. I have led a team of over 150 people. I oversee or have overseen community programming, internal workforce development programming, grant writing, fundraising, state political lobbying, human resources, talent acquisition, learning and development, culture and engagement, and expansion of the company’s technical academy. I have led efforts to secure $5M in COVID relief funding for the Texas workforce as well as a program to improve retention by launching an initiative to support employees’ mental health, basic needs, and career advancement. As a senior executive leader, I believe that creativity and collaboration are central to creating high-impact team cultures and organizations. Throughout my career, I have gained experience leading teams and organizations through periods of change, establishing strategic partnerships to support community development, and advocating for new programs and funding opportunities to make a meaningful impact on the lives of employees and those we serve.
