Throughout my professional experience​,​ I used to manage last-mile operations for 50​,​000 parcels​/​month​,​ logistics operations for 10​,​000 TEUs​/​year​,​ and 30 warehouses across Egypt with an average total capacity of 84​,​000 m³ and an average spare parts stock value of 5M USD​,​ 6​,​500 vehicles average stock per month​,​ a fleet of 90 heavy​,​ medium and light trucks​,​ and 170 staff members across Egypt​,​ managing an annual sales budget of 4.5M USD and monitoring an OPEX budget of 2.8M USD.
