My current role involves drafting​,​ reviewing​,​ and negotiating commercial contracts​,​ advising on property transactions such as acquisitions​,​ and leasing arrangements​,​ and assisting in the preparation of construction contracts for aged care and seniors living projects. It also includes providing legal advice and representation in disputes​,​ collaborating with internal teams​,​ senior management​,​ and external legal providers​,​ and driving continuous improvement through the development of legal precedents​,​ training initiatives​,​ and process enhancements. My past role of 10 years was in IP litigation. Being a techie​,​ I am also involved in data breach test and privacy matters as well as generative AI.
