I have over 15 years of supply chain management experience, working in different fields and for some of the world’s market leaders (automotive manufacturer and distributor, cosmetics and fragrance, and courier and logistics services). My professional experience includes logistics (custom clearance, freight, and business development), inventory management (material planning and warehousing), operation management, procurement, distribution, fleet management, finance, logistics business development, sales and OPEX budgeting, P&L, and project management. Throughout my professional experience, I used to manage last-mile operations for 50,000 parcels​/​month, logistics operations for 10,000 TEUs​/​year, and 30 warehouses across Egypt with an average total capacity of 84,000 m³ and an average spare parts stock value of 5M USD, 6,500 vehicles average stock per month, a fleet of 90 heavy, medium and light trucks, and 170 staff members across Egypt, managing an annual sales budget of 4.5M USD and monitoring an OPEX budget of 2.8M USD.
