Maintenance and troubleshooting of company network, servers, AWS infrastructure, telecommunications systems, and other company networked systems. Provide technical support to employees and contractors. Research, recommend, and implement IT policies and procedures Research, recommend, implement, and manage enterprise software and hardware systems . Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for enterprise clients, troubleshooting complex networking issues related to VLANs, firewalls, and cloud connectivity. Lead the design and implementation of data center migrations, including server deployments, structured cabling, and virtualization. Optimize system performance by analyzing network traffic, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing Quality of Service (QoS) policies.
