Assisting SME's as fractional CFO, including creating budgets, cash flow forecasts, financial statement analysis, interim projects such as acquisition preparedness​/​due diligence, exit planning and value gap analysis, ERP implementation, and year end financial statement preparation and income tax planning and preparation.
